1. Hotel is in a pretty great location. It is right next to Naka-Okachimachi station (Hibiya or Oedo Line) so getting to DisneySea was very quick and easy. It is 5-ish minutes from Okachimachi station (Yamanote or Keihin-Tohoku Line). It's also not too far (~10 minutes) from Ueno Station and Ueno-Hirokoji. It is across the street from 7-11 and just blocks from Ameyoko and Okachimachi eating and shopping areas. ~15 minutes from Ueno Park. The location made us really appreciate what Ueno has to offer. I had previously stayed in Inaricho, on the Ginza line, but found this location preferable. 2. We fit 3 adults in a Double Room with Extra Bed (it had 3 twins). Even though there was not a ton of space to open up all our luggage, we still fit 6 suitcases and 3 backpacks in the room, so it can accommodate more than you think. The hooks on the wall help and you can squeeze some narrower things under the bed. The twin beds were the perfect size and had outlet sockets next to them. We loved our 13th floor room because we had a wonderful view of Tokyo Skytree. In terms of noise, I heard almost nothing from other rooms. Cannot say if it was because we were high up, but past Japan rooms I stayed in had a lot of street noise and this one was basically silent. 3. The bathroom has a toilet and sink anteroom and a separate inner room for shower/bath. It includes both a bathtub and and shower area so that room is like a wet room, but it's closed off from the toilet/sink. The sink area has storage underneath which was really helpful. We liked that they did not include tiny bottles of shampoo or soaps, but big pump bottles that they refilled. 4. Towels can be changed every day and they are large size, plushy towels. You also get robes. 5. The room does have air conditioning! It just took us awhile to locate the panel, so we had to open the window at first. 6. There are washer/dryers and an ice machine on 2F!

We had a Prime Deluxe King Room. Very spacious by Tokyo standards. Clean and lots of hooks and a little closet to hang things on. Nice guest laundry. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Helped us find a shabu shabu place, to navigate the metro as well as what was walkable. The breakfast buffet had the best quality food and variety of foods of all the places we stayed in Japan. It was even beautifully displayed and kept well stocked by the friendly staff. The dinning room is on the top floor had lots of natural light and views of the city. The free Ramen they serve nightly in their dining room with a view is a nice touch. Great way to mingle with other guests. and enjoy their night, cityscape view. We got a nice pic of the Tokyo Tower all lit up there. Wonderful location in Ueno, relatively quiet by Tokyo standards, near Tokyo National Museum and other sites that share the park with it. Walking distance to Electric Town. Very close to a metro station with a direct line to Ginza, just a 20 minute metro ride to the quaint Yanaka district. And just one stop away from the larger Ueno Station for access to other trains, including shinkansen. However, we took a cab to Ueno Station for shinkansen to avoid hauling bags up MANY stairs to get from metro stop at Ueno to shinkansen.

The staff were very lovely and could speak multiple languages. They offered free ramen, sake and tea every night on the top floor, with a gorgeous night view of Tokyo Tower. The room was comfortable and spacious. Location was superb! Literally right outside exit 1 of Naka-Okachimchi station, short walk to Okachimachi, Ueno and Akihabura. Also quite convenient to get to Tokyo National Museum and surrounding museums on foot and a pretty straight forward journey to Tokyo Disneyland/Disney Sea. A truly great location!

We booked a twin room. Absolutely awesome hotel. Incredibly friendly staff always greeted us as we got in and out of the lift. Great location that was near the Okachimachi station and had plenty of restaurants close by. Right in between ueno and akihabara made a short walk to each location. A spacious room and bathroom that had a seperate wet room. Best thing about this hotel was the bar on the 14th floor, what a view! Free sake and soba noodles and live traditional music on Saturday evening. A wonderful place!

We stayed in the family room, it was very large for Tokyo standards. The cleanliness was perfect and the room had ample storage. Washing machines and driers were available in a common area, and it was handy to have a microwave in our room. The modern TV was excellent and you can cast to it from your phone, strong WiFi was also available. I really enjoyed the breakfast, the variety was decent and the quality was surprisingly good. Friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff.
